Surprise

I did not expect to buy a kitchen sink and new counter tops Saturday night and be 1/2 finished with cutting and installing them by Sunday night.  Behold, the power of Home Depot.


I'm off for a well-deserved shower, beer, and bed.

    Of course I don't mind Amanda, I didn't start keeping a blog to be secretive about it! :) Thanks for looking!

    Fun is an interesting word to use to describe do-it-yourself home renovations. At times it can be, and it's very rewarding when you do a good job at something, but I don't recommend trying this stuff unless at least one person knows what they are doing. Chris is that person, I merely offer manual labor, a woman's eye for what "goes", and a lot of screaming to the effect of "THIS WILL NEVER WORK!" and "MUST THAT SAW BE SO NOISY??" You know, helpful, encouraging things.
